Warranty Policy

To initiate a warranty claim for NOVANL products, please adhere to the following process:

All items you purchase from us come with a legal warranty. This legal warranty means that a product must be or do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

1. Submission of Proof of Purchase:

  • Valid proof of purchase is essential for a warranty claim.
  • Provide the order number for online purchases made through NOVANL's authorized resellers.
  • Submit a sales invoice or a dated sales receipt from an authorized NoVANL reseller.
  • In some cases, multiple types of proof of purchase may be required, such as a receipt of a money transfer and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped.

2. Description of Defect:

  • Furnish a detailed description of the defect to facilitate the warranty claim process.
  • If the defective item shows visible damage, include supporting evidence.
  • Include the item's serial number if applicable.

3. Quality Inspection and Return

  • In certain instances, the defective item may need to be returned to NovaNL for a thorough quality inspection.

  • Returning products for reasons other than a proven defect.
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but were found to be in working condition by NovaNL's quality control.
  • Returning defective items in international shipping.
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process).

5. Warranty Coverage

  • Products and parts replaced under warranty become the property of NovaNL and are not returned to the customer.

  • Warranty coverage terminates if the product is sold or transferred to another party.
